I am truly blessed with yet another year of a very safe and sound homeland!

One of th best PH I've spent till date so far!
Morning started off with a 3KM run at the gym, I am trying to clock out daily runs as much as possible for the upcoming 3months before my very big challenge happens on 01/12/2013! Gonna be planning and embarking on a new diet & workout plan. May head back to supplements to strength my physical up!



Beautiful skies are always what captivates me the most :)



Dinner on Thursday night@ Cafe Melba, nice quiet and simply relaxing to catch up with friends over a wine & some tapas :)



And bought a new read for my bestest; monchao :) One of the reads I came across while browsing the book in Kino.

Woke up feeling all refreshed and happy skin to kickstart the Friday with!

Brunch was at Cafe Melba @ Goodman Art Centre!
I loveeee the place so so much cause it's simply very relaxing to be unwinding there along with good food, drinks and company! & to add on, a dog friendly place where you can get to see many different amazing and beautiful breeds!

Food was medicore! The pancakes could have been softer but I love the rocket salad! :D always a huge salad fan!


We had some polariods loving as well! Thankyou bestest!

And because I am removing my bracys next month, I get the privilege of smiling widely with them! :D

And so, even it was a PH, I didnt gave myself ANY excuse to be NOT working out. & my motto is"workout to pig out". I love food, junkfood and drinks but I know to enjoy, comes hard work first :) 
In fact, I don't find it any torture to be going through every single workout/run. But I placed it in a mindset that it is through hardwork that I deserve the food & drinks!

 

& I always like the feeling of a home-bound National Day! This year, I did!
Along side with my all-time fav Somersby Apple Cider!

 

What a good Friday it had been! I am so looking forward to yet another fruitful August both at work & fun.

Have 3 months to lose 3kg. Its a challenge but I have to do it no matter what. 
I am glad, the very very unhealthy habit of me snacking & munching on cookies non-stop has finally came to a good stop! Plus I am now having cereals for breakfast every day before work, which fills me and is low in IG which is also low fat! To be able to run faster and longer,I need to lose some weight first. 
Kinda upset that I had gotten rounder :( But then I am determined to not let it affect me so I am on my crazy workout schedule this week onwards. Lesser beer from next week onwards, lesser quantity at meals, more fruits, more water and just hang on to lose more weight. If I can do it the last time, I will be able to!

Side note is that, I am gg for Muay Thai with my unnie tomorrow aka Gillian! :D
Looking fwd to new stuffs and then brunch w dage & gf before we run well on 25/08 tgt!
